Final Portfolio
These are the pages of my final portfolio for FMX 210. I decided to put each of my projects on a separate page. I tried my best to make it as professional as possible and I feel that some pages represent that and others do not. Looking back at this semester I am proud of how far I have come with working with a new software and really connecting with my creative side on several of these projects. I am glad to have come to an end of this class with new skills that I will be able to take with me in my professional career.

Business Cards!!
These are my business cards that I created. I took templates off of design and altered them. I am happy with how they came out. I went for a more professional look and incorporated my major in the card. You can find my folders on the student drive for my full package. I made sure to take a screen shot of the correct ones though because I was not sure how to get read of unwanted cards.

Autoscopy
This is my autoscopy project. I decided to do a smoke dispersion effect with a cracked layer on my face. I also used the liquify tool to give the image of me getting whipped away. I chose this because I sometimes feel like I am getting dragged and whipped away while at the same time cracking under pressure. I am happy with how this came out, it was a fun project to do.

Somewhere!
This is my "Somewhere" Project . I chose to do Greece because I have always wanted to go there. This was really easy to do and was fun to see the results. Below is the original picture on Google so I just had to take her out and add a picture of myself. Fun project!

BW to Color
These are my six final self
portraits from black and white to color. Each image uses different color schemes. Overall I am pretty happy with how they came out. I realized that I chose a harder image to work with, but I made it work. The first picture is my original.

POSTER
This is the poster that I made. I chose to make a poster about saving the earth. I wanted it to be subtle but also get a point across. The point that there is no planet B so we can not destroy the one we already live in.

Gradient Mesh
This is my gradient mesh project. I chose to do a green apple. I tried to look for an apple that displayed many highlighted parts, and this is the best one I could find. Getting the perfect gradient mesh points was harder than I anticipated but it was still a cool thing to learn and create. This took me about 2 hours to complete.

Final Logos
These are my final logos. I went with the more modern look of my initials. I used three different types of color schemes to create a personal logo. I am happy with how they came out. To create just these logos it took me about 2 hours.

Calligram Final
For my calligram project I chose to do the song "You Say" by Lauren Daigle. This is one of my favorite songs right now and spoke to me. When I heard this song, it reminded me of the symbol of an anchor. Symbolizing stability and strength. I added some colors just so it was not so plain. When I converted the file It took some words out, and I am not sure why it did that. This took me about 3 hours to complete.

Boat Scene - Canvas Final
Hours:15
My final for the canvas project is an ocean scene. I was trying to figure out things that I could create and when I was driving past Bayshore is when I got my idea. My project is made out of several shapes and colors. I really tried to give the water some dimension and that is why there are so many lines and a variety of color. This was the hardest thing I have ever done. Even creating a simple boat was harder than I was expecting. It took me so long and I tried my hardest to give it a more realistic view, but I honestly did not know how. I am happy with my background as simple as it is along with the base of my boat. I am so glad this is done. I did learn a lot about the software and coding in general, but I am happy to never do this again.
